Our minimum is 12 pieces per style for custom printing, and 48 pieces for contract printing.
We require 50% deposit on all orders. We accept major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex. We do accept local checks as well, with prior approval. If your order is being shipped, the shipping address must match the billing address of the card used to placed the order.
All artwork must be submitted in a vector format i.e. Adobe Illustrator/Coreldraw or a Photoshop format of at least 300 dpi. If art is created in Photoshop, please save your layers. If done in Illustrator/Coreldraw, please make sure all text is converted to outlines. If artwork is not sized, we can size to fit on the smallest shirt. If your art requires substantial corrections, a $40 per hr art fee may be imposed. $40 minimum. You will be notified prior to art fees.
Art Approvals Sorry, we can’t offer press checks. Art approvals will be sent via e-mail within a reasonable time after order has been placed. The digital mock-up must be approved, or comment with any changes required prior to production. If you do not approve the mock up within 24 hours, your order may be delayed. After digital mock-up is approved, there will be no changes possible as we are already in production at that point. Please be sure to check your mock-up for artwork accuracy such as: color, placement, spelling and product information.
Changes to your Order
Changes are limited to the following: Adding additional pieces to the order, changing graphic color. Additional fees and extra production time may be applied (subject to minimums). No changes are allowed once deposit is made.
All orders are final. No cancellations possible if the order is already in process or any printing has been done.
Note: *If your order is a Rush there are no changes allowed after your order has been placed.
Damages & Under Runs
We do our best to ensure every garment is printed correctly, but mistakes are inevitable. Customers have 48 hours to inspect and report any damages or defects with the order. Please keep in mind we have a 3% spoilage/damage allowance. This is an industry standard due to manufacturing defects etc. We recommend to order additional pieces. Visions Screen Printing is not liable for any garment manufacturing inconsistencies, including but not limited to, mislabeled garments, color dye irregularities, stitching errors, rip, tears or holes in garments. Visions Screen Printing is also not liable for inconsistencies in discharge printing due to fabric, dye and/or fabric content. Visions Screen Printing is not responsible if certain items are out of stock. If items are out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternative styles.
Industry standard is 1/4” tolerance in either direction. This will not be considered a misprint.
Turnaround time & Due Dates
Our turnaround is usually 5-7 business days. If we are extremely busy, our turn around can exceed 7-15 business days. Due dates are extremely important to us. If you have an specific date that you must have your production in hand, please let us know in advance. We do offer a rush service (if available.) Please contact us if you need a rush order.
We do offer rush services. Before scheduling a rush order we need the following in hand:
1. Artwork must be print ready and to the size. Example: If you want your image to be 10″ across the front, please be sure the artwork is also 10 inches. Keep in mind that the graphic must be sized from the widest location.
2. The details of your order including garment styles and size breakdown. Ink colors/pantone numbers, garment style and size breakdown
Rush orders are subject to a $50.00 fee.
Shipping & Deliveries Visions Screen Printing is not responsible for any delays due to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees (if applicable).
Customer must notify us when placing the order if the order will be shipped. *We only ship orders to the billing address of the card used to place the order.
Screens are not for sale. Screens are the property of Visions Screen Printing. Any screen fees are for burning and maintenance only.
Pantone Color Mixing
Pantone color match is available for plastisol inks. Pantone color mixing fee is $10.00 per color. Please note that Pantone color mixing is not guaranteed 100% accurate.
Estimates are valid for 14 days. Estimates are subject to change upon review of the art/graphic. You will receive an estimate within 24 hours of your quote request. Weekends/Holidays are excluded. Prices & Policies of Visions Screen Printing are subject to change and we have the right alter pricing & policies without notice.
