Our guarantee is quite simple, if the custom goods you order from us differ materially from the proof you have approved, if the goods are otherwise flawed, or if your order arrives later than promised, then you may return it for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

If you are unfamiliar with the garment/product you have selected, we strongly recommend that you order a blank sample prior to placing your order.
We cannot accept returns of custom products which are not defective.
